Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Senior Sales Engineer:
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct sales activities including customer prospecting presentations followups and closing sales.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone email and walkins.
- Analyze cost estimations against actual project costs ensuring budget accuracy and control.
- Manage customer relationships review contracts and assess terms and conditions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
- Plan and implement marketing strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Conduct market research to monitor industry trends and business environment.
- Set sales targets and forecast potential projects and orders.
- Perform cost estimation for electrical products such as switchboards.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams on drawing approvals quality control engineering and delivery schedules.
- Issue invoices for completed projects and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assess product capabilities and ensure they align with customer requirements.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Adhere to Quality Management System procedures for compliance and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Possess 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the electrical engineering sector.
- Experience with switchboards/panels (marine or industrial) is an advantage.
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license and own a vehicle.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4800 AWS VB 2 Months)
- Working Location: Tuas Crescent
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.15am to 5.45pm
