Job Description
Job Title: Guidewire Applications Developer (Tech Lead)
Location: San Antonio TX (Onsite)
Experience: 10 years (MidSenior)
Education: Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field
Key Responsibilities:
Guidewire Development & Configuration Handson development and customization of Guidewire (PolicyCenter ClaimCenter or BillingCenter).
Team Leadership Lead and mentor onshore/nearshore/offshore teams ensuring highquality deliverables.
Project Ownership Drive endtoend Guidewire implementations in a fastpaced environment.
Domain Expertise Apply deep P&C Insurance (Personal Lines) knowledge to design and configure solutions.
Collaboration & Coaching Foster a positive team culture through mentorship and Agile best practices.
MustHave Skills:
10 years in IT with 5 years in Guidewire development & configuration.
Proven Guidewire implementation experience (not just maintenance/support).
Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge (Auto Home Renters etc..
Leadership experience Managed dev teams in distributed environments.
Problemsolving mindset Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Guidewire apps.
