Maths Teacher Ofsted Good School
Start Date: Immediately
Location: Reading Berkshire
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate dynamic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive team at a school with an Ofsted Good rating. As a Maths Teacher you will have the opportunity to inspire students across KS3 to KS5 nurturing their mathematical abilities and encouraging a love for the subject. You will play a vital role in developing students problemsolving analytical and critical thinking skills helping them excel academically and build a strong foundation for future success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons to students from KS3 to KS5 fostering a deep understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Monitor and assess student progress providing constructive feedback to help students improve and reach their full potential.
- Develop and implement a variety of teaching resources and strategies to cater to the diverse needs of all learners.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Contribute to the development of the Maths Department sharing ideas for curriculum improvement and opportunities to extend students mathematical learning.
- Promote a love for Maths encouraging students to appreciate its realworld applications and its importance in a wide range of fields.

About You:
To be considered for this role you will need:
- A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
- A formal teaching qualification with QTS (PGCE or equivalent).
- Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS5 with a passion for inspiring students to reach their full potential.
- Strong communication organisational and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive positive and engaging learning environment.
