Tasks
- Customer service and inquiry management Handling emails calls and chats for the Dutch market
- Preparation of proposals and quotes based on customer needs
- Comprehensive order management Product selection order confirmation coordination with suppliers and followup
- Billing and aftersales control Sending information and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Design editing and internal collaboration on additional tasks during the low season
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role
- Languages: Native Dutch
- Skills: Proactivity responsibility customer orientation and the ability to work under pressure
- Technical knowledge: Basic proficiency in design software such as Photoshop Illustrator and Pixelmator
