Your tasks
Do you love planning and overseeing events and projects from the initial idea to successful Are you passionate about organizing managing and analyzing projects If communication is your strength and youre a true organizational talent then KoRo is the perfect place for you! Look forward to a dynamic work environment with exciting tasks including:
- Acquisition planning supervision and of events (e.g. sports events trade shows promotional activities etc.
- Development of business cases for crossdepartment offline projects
- Analysis and reporting on the performance of projects and events
- Identification selection and development of collaboration opportunities such as event sponsorships
- Codevelopment and implementation of offline marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and perception
- Creation of innovative concepts to bring the KoRo brand to life
- Continuous improvement of processes and general tasks in event and project management
Your profile
- You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally you are available immediately and can start quickly.
- You have at least two years of experience in event management or businessrelated fields.
- You live in Berlin or the surrounding area or are willing to relocate for this position.
- Your German skills are excellent and you have very good English proficiency.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office or GSuite especially Excel or Google Sheets.
- Your strong analytical skills contribute to our continued growth.
- You work precisely and in a structured manner are highly committed and have a handson mentality.
- You bring creative ideas for new offline projects.
- Strong communication skills resilience and teamwork are among your greatest strengths.
- Your outstanding project management and organizational skills enable you to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- You have a passion for innovative and creative events and projects and an interest in the food industry.
