Job Description
- Role: Pega Developer
- Certification Should be certified CSSA (v7.x/v8.x Infinity)
- Experience Minimum of 4 years of PEGA experience
- Location Preferably in Noida or Chennai
Responsibilities
- Drives development for complex requirements
- Collaborate with the business analyst to understand requirements.
- Conduct 1st level code reviews and ensure adherence to PEGA best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and postproduction
- Technical support to junior developers
- Work closely with LSA to ensure best practices have been followed
Technical Skills
Must be proficient in below topics
- Application Development (with case management)
- PEGA Rules and Rulesets
- Flow Design
- Connectors and Services
- Data Pages and Data Transformations
- Authentication and Authorization
- UI Design and Configuration
- Version Control and Rule Merging
- Performance Tuning
- Tracer and Log Analysis
- Automated Unit Testing
- Good handson in integration rules (SOAP REST)
Must be good handson in below rule types
- Decision rules
- Declarative rules
- Data pages (including Savable dpages)
- Validation rules
- Data transforms and activities
- Flows and Flow Actions
- Queue processors and job schedulers
- Layouts
- Report definitions
- Multivariate circumstancing
- Access groups and roles
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile
- Knowledge of any PEGA framework
Domain Skill
- Preferably Energy But no such constraint
