Conduct investigations maintain security reports and enforce compliance with policies.
Monitor and ensure all security equipment is fully operational.
Provide security coverage for VIP guests and manage emergency situations.
Develop and lead the security team conducting training and performance evaluations.
Maintain records oversee access controls and coordinate with emergency personnel.
Report security updates and incidents to the General Manager.
Lead crisis management efforts ensuring swift and effective responses to emergencies.
Qualifications :
Proven ability to manage crisis situations and implement emergency protocols.
Minimum 5 years of experience in security or loss prevention preferably in hospitality.
Strong leadership crisis management and investigative skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond swiftly to emergencies.
Knowledge of local security regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in both Thai and English communication both written and spoken.
