Highlights
Community Health Networkis seeking a PsychiatricMental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join the Community Behavioral Health team in the Community Mental Health Center setting. This provider will practice within Communitys outpatient clinic located in Shelbyville Indiana and will work with both adult and youth populations. This position also entails providing medicationassisted treatment (MAT). Ideal candidates will be highly accountable independent and have a desire to deliver direct collaborative patient care. A minimum of 2 years provider experience is strongly preferred.
