Location:Austin TX or Atlanta GA
Duration:June 2 2025 to August 8 2025

This role is a hybrid position located at our offices in either Austin TX or Atlanta GA. Candidates must be able to be on site in the office at least 3 days per week. The internship is from June 2 2025 to August 8 2025 and candidates must be available for the duration of the program.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivatedIntern Customer Growth Operationsto join ourCustomer Growth teamfor a few months. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or a finalyear student who is eager to gain handson experience in datadriven customer success strategies. You will support our team in managing reports analyzing customeradoption trends building forecast models and driving insights into product ROI and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist inbuilding and managing customer success reportsto track KPIs and customer engagement.
Develop and maintainforecast modelsfor customer retention renewals and expansion.
Work onrenewals models helping identify risk factors and renewal opportunities.
Analyzecustomer adoption and product usage trendsto drive insights for customer engagement strategies.
Support in measuringProduct ROI helping demonstrate the business value of our solutions.
Collaborate with the Sales Customer Success and Finance teams to streamline operational processes.
Present datadriven recommendations to improve customer retention and overall customer success effectiveness.
What Were Looking For:
Recent graduateor finalyear student in Business Economics Data Analytics or a related field.
Stronganalytical skillswith experience in Excel Google Sheets or BI tools (Tableau Power BI Looker etc..
Basic knowledge ofCRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot or similar)is a plus.
Familiarity withforecasting models financial modeling or data analyticsis an advantage.
Ability to work in afastpaced environmentand manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion forcustomer success data analytics and operational efficiency.
