Visiting Angels of Boston/ Cambridge is hiring reliable compassionate and dependable caregivers PCAs CNAs and HHAs to work with our wonderful clients in the areas of Boston and Cambridge MA.
We care about the individual needs of our staff and pride ourselves on finding the right client for each caregiver. Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship to our clients
- Provide clients with nonmedical support in their homes
- Assist with ADLs
- Help with medication reminders
- Assist with light housekeeping
- Grocery shopping and meal preparation
- Help clients with errands or transportation to and from appointments
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum 1 year of caregiving experience personal or professional
- Must be over 18
- High school or equivalent preferred
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be a US citizen or have an active green card
- This is a W2 employee/employer position
- Must have the ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Must have 35 verifiable professional references
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have current TB test & medical clearance
- CNA or HHA License preferred
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Job Types: Fulltime Parttime
Pay: $16.50 $18.50 per hour

About Visiting Angels in Boston/Cambridge MA.
Visiting Angels is the fastest growing most reputable nonmedical home care service in the state. Our purpose is to provide alternatives for those in need who wish to remain at home rather than move to a nursing facility. As a nonmedical living assistance service care for our clients will range from simple companionship that may include ADLs i.e. light housekeeping meal preparation or errands for clients in need of a little assistance or for clients with dementia or Alzheimers. We also handle more complex cases when care is needed for a Multiple Sclerosis stroke cancer or postoperative client in which bathing incontinence care personal hygiene and complex transferring may be involved. We also provide respite care when needed.
