Job Description

Job Purpose:

Vantage Financial is a leading provider of equipment leasing solutions specializing in facilitating access to crucial equipment across various industries and is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Representative with a focus on the healthcare sector to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a selfmotivated individual with a proven track record of success in sales particularly in the equipment leasing industry. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth foster client relationships and contribute to the expansion of Vantage Financials presence in the healthcare market.

Job Duties:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare industry including hospitals clinics medical practices and other healthcare facilities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients understanding their leasing needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients offering expert guidance on equipment leasing options terms and financial considerations.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline tracking leads opportunities and deals through the sales cycle to ensure timely closure and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market developments related to healthcare equipment leasing leveraging insights to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including underwriting operations and customer service to ensure seamless of lease transactions and exceptional service delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and analyses to monitor performance against goals and provide insights for strategic decisionmaking.

Education Job Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of success in the equipment leasing industry. Experience in healthcare sales or familiarity with medical equipment is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of equipment leasing principles terms and practices. Knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics trends and regulatory environment is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth build client relationships and negotiate effectively to close deals. Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Goaldriven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and proactively to drive business outcomes.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fastpaced evolving environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.

Basic Qualifications:
