About The Role
TheDEMwill design and implement Deal Service solutions based on the clients business needs. TheDEMwill also work closely with core stakeholders within Global Sales PreSales Engineering Global Services and Support and Legal not to mention a network of partners responsible for delivering the services. Additionally the DEM will have a cadence and work closely with our Marketing PMO SOC Bid Management Finance/Billing Product Management and Development organizations.
Your Responsibilities
Understand the market we are servicing good knowledge of Financial Technology (M&A Liens and Loans Banking Capital Markets Alternative Investments) Support Sales by providing a consultativeand solution oriented approach to acceleratethe sale of Deal Services and driving the value. This role is engaged as the customerfacing representative on a project team primarily responsible for interfacing with Bankers Advisories lawyers End Clients and other business stakeholders on the discovery(requirement and feasibility analysis) design implementation or delivery of our Deal Services offerings
Project Management:
- Conductsrequirement and feasibility analysissessionssupport Sales Engagement managerin preparing cost estimates and initial timeline. Document different Artifacts (i.e. Requirement document custom processes Work Instructions etc. during project delivery.
- Lead Kickoff call and present delivery Plan. Communicate requirements and lead/coordinate with internal or external Partners.
- Document and provide feedback to the Partners and/or Product Management/Development team on client feedback any challenges or areas of improvement.
- Be forwardthinking to identify gaps and look for ways to optimize and streamline. Responsible for researching and maintaining the knowledge of emerging market technologies and trends with in the Deal Services offered and building solutions to solve business problems.
- Sales opportunity and pipeline managementduring project delivery
Your Experience
- Bachelors in business management Financial Information Systems or another related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- 2 Years in a Presales or Sales support role
- 3 years of experience in a Project Management role and/or Project Management. Business Analyst experience/Attention to detail is a plus
- 3 years of experience in a Sales type customer success or customerfacing role.
- Project management certification desired (e.g. PMP CSM APM CompTIA)
- Experience working with crossfunctional technical teams including Sales Presales Customer Service legal marketing Finance Product Management and Development
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business products services and about any technical challenges with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines.
- Interface with customers colleagues management and project stakeholders as needed to ensure overall project success.
- Optimally has a balanced combination of large corporate and small entrepreneurial company backgrounds.
- Understands financial markets (e.g. M&A large Corporates Liens and Loans Banking Capital Markets Alternative Investments)
- Experience working with crossfunctional technical teams including Customer Service Product Management Development Sales legal and marketing.
- Seller and solution mindset
- French German or Spanish speaking is nice to have in support of our EMEA Geo
