InTTrustis a trusted Technology and Digital Solutions provider creating value for customers encompassing IT Consulting and Implementation services Database Operation Administration and Optimization services IT Managed Services Cloud Governance & Security services. We are experts on Digital Transformation Solutions Custom Applications Development & Application Modernization IoT and ML/AI solutions Design and Implementation of Private/Public/Hybrid Cloud solutions together with MultiCloud Integration.
We are seeking to hire a Scrum Master (MidLevel) to join our Professional Services team and become part of our success story.
What youll do
On Stakeholder Management
- Deals with problems and issues managing resolutions corrective actions lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information
- Collects and uses feedback from stakeholders to help measure the effectiveness of stakeholder management.
- Helps develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships implements stakeholder engagement and communications plans
On Business Situations
- Investigates straightforward business situations to identify and analyse problems and opportunities
- Contributes to the recommendation of improvements
- Engages with stakeholders under direction
On Scrum Methods & Tools
- Reviews and improves usage and application of methods and tools
- Has an extensive knowledge of the Scrum framework roles events and artifacts
- Able to coach and mentor teams on Scrum adoption and continuous improvement
On Change Facilitation
- Understands of change management principles and organizational transformation
- Able to inspire teams to embrace Agile mindset and new ways of working
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in IT or related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience with minimum 1 year in largescale organization
- At least 3 years of professional experience as Scrum Master or Agile practitioner
The following will be considered as a plus:
- Experience on tailoring Scrum for operations environments
- PSM (L1 or L2 or PMIACP certifications
- Good understanding of largescale methods (for example LESS Nexus SAFE)
