Job Overview:
As a Special Finance Sales Consultant you will work with customers who have credit challenges helping them find and finance a vehicle that fits their needs and budget. This role requires excellent communication skills a strong understanding of subprime financing and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and lenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with lessthanperfect credit in finding financing solutions.
- Work closely with lenders to secure approvals and the best loan terms possible.
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection and buying process ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Maintain a strong understanding of special finance programs lender guidelines and dealership inventory.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the finance and management teams to maximize sales and profitability.
- Stay compliant with all dealership and lender regulations.
Qualifications:
- Automotive sales or finance experience preferred especially in special finance or subprime lending.
- Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highvolume dealership environment.
- Knowledge of credit reports lender programs and deal structuring is a plus.
- Selfmotivated with a drive to succeed and earn a high income.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
- Valid drivers license and professional appearance.
