An exciting position of Scheduling/Rostering Coordinator has become available for a motivated and passionate individual wanting to further their career. This position is based in our state of the art office in Kings Meadows.

About the Role

In the capacity of scheduling Coordinator you will be a responsible for responding to staffing requests rostering staff to clients and meeting the expectations of our clients participants referring organisations and staff in a timely manner.

The role will include:

  • Answering phone calls and assisting with client and stakeholder enquiries
  • Scheduling of support staff and ensuring all client services are filled in a timely manner
  • Using the Nightingale platform to schedule staff and case note occurrences.
  • Develop rosters to achieve efficiency and meet the needs of the clients
  • Respond to cancellations and call ins in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation standards and regulations
  • Complete rostering tasks within designated timeframe
  • Ensure all clients contact is managed in an empathetic friendly engaging and patient manner to quickly build rapport trust and confidence with your stakeholders.
  • Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar highvolume staff rostering and scheduling role
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of rostering and scheduling processes
  • Understanding of this industry relations awards agreements and how they impact on rosters is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated integrity professionalism and high level of resilience
  • Strong planning and organisation skills with good attention to detail with data entry
  • Competency in Microsoft Office skills.
  • Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience with the Nightingale and Employment Hero platforms.You will bring:
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to participate in further training and education opportunities.
  • Problem solving negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Establishes and maintains effective communication and harmonious working relationships.
