Job Description
Are you a recent university graduate or a junior professional eager to launch your career in management consulting We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our esteemed team as Junior Management Consultants. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants gain handson experience and contribute to impactful projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior consultants to analyze and evaluate client business processes identifying areas for improvement and recommending innovative solutions.
- Support the development and implementation of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) strategies working closely with clients to streamline operations increase efficiency and enhance overall performance.
- Assist in conducting organizational management assessments contributing to the design and optimization of operating models to drive agility productivity and competitiveness.
- Contribute to HR projects such as talent management employee engagement initiatives and HR process optimization under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Conduct research collect data and perform analysis to support project deliverables including presentations reports and recommendations to clients.
- Actively participate in client meetings workshops and brainstorming sessions providing valuable insights and contributing to collaborative problemsolving efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends emerging best practices and management consulting methodologies and apply the knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration HR Finance Economics Engineering (postgraduate degree preferred in one of the fields of Consulting Business Administration HR Finance).
- Strong passion for management consulting and a genuine interest in driving organizational transformation and growth.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify problems gather and interpret data and generate practical solutions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in both Greek and English.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment collaborating with colleagues and clients to achieve common goals.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take on challenges learn new concepts and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Internship or prior experience in consulting business analysis or related fields is a plus.
