What you will be doing
Were looking for a Programme Manager to join the Enablers team within Defence Early Lifecycle programmes. The successful candidate will be asked to support across the range of areas we operate in from Skills and Culture to Supply Chain and Industrialisation. Youll be accountable for endtoend delivery and in doing see bring stakeholders both inside RollsRoyce and potentially outside our business with you on the change journey.

From engaging our enabling capability areas of ET&S and Procurement Supporting Functions like IT to leading external customer and partner interaction you will play a key role in ensuring we provide our people delivering the next generation of products and services with the capabilities that demonstrate our commitment to a digital first approach. In all areas your role will involve working with a range of key business stakeholders to support the delivery of key programme milestones enabling the delivery of our Defence Combat strategy for the next 50 years.

To work for the RollsRoyce Defence business there may be a requirement for an individual to hold a level of National Security Vetting (NSV) as a minimum within Early Lifecycle we are seeking candidates who are eligible for Security Check clearance. RollsRoyce will support the application for Security Clearance and/or the relevant NSV for the role if you do not currently already have this in place. Due to the nature of work the business conducts and the protection of certain assets we can only progress applications from individualswho are a UK national or in MoD approved cases a dual national.
