What you will be doing
Were looking for a Programme Manager to join the Enablers team within Defence Early Lifecycle programmes. The successful candidate will be asked to support across the range of areas we operate in from Skills and Culture to Supply Chain and Industrialisation. Youll be accountable for endtoend delivery and in doing see bring stakeholders both inside RollsRoyce and potentially outside our business with you on the change journey.
Responsibilities
Youll be working with partners to define and deliver capability programmes that make a difference for our people. You will:
- Develop business cases to secure investment in capability projects or programmes.
- Utilise programme management principles to establish the appropriate governance and controls to deliver project or programme outcomes.
- Be accountable for the successful delivery to cost specification and time for projects or programmes of work.
- Act as the focal point for all aspects related to your work with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensure that delivery of capability is coupled with a clear change management plan to drive user adoption and engagement to maximise business return.

To work for the RollsRoyce Defence business there may be a requirement for an individual to hold a level of National Security Vetting (NSV) as a minimum within Early Lifecycle we are seeking candidates who are eligible for Security Check clearance. RollsRoyce will support the application for Security Clearance and/or the relevant NSV for the role if you do not currently already have this in place. Due to the nature of work the business conducts and the protection of certain assets we can only progress applications from individualswho are a UK national or in MoD approved cases a dual national.
