Compensation: $50.00 $120.00 per visit

Position Summary: Home Health Care Inc is seeking a Float SpeechLanguage Pathologist to join our team for a per diem role assisting our clientsaround the Twin Cities area! The services will be provided in our clientshomes. Speech Language Pathologists work independently to create and developthe Plan of Care and provide speech therapy treatments proceduresevaluations and diagnostic tests for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide inhome services and functional training for clients who have speech and language disorders
- Administer diagnostic speech and language assessments and evaluations in accordance with the plan of care
- Assess for the optimum feeding methods and technique to maximize swallowing safety
- Advise and teach appropriate supportive activities to clients and their family members
Qualifications:
- Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP in the state of Minnesota
- Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software is preferred
