Job Summary: Leidos is seeking an experienced results oriented Information Technology (IT) Enterprise Architect or Systems Engineer to join our team in the Bethesda Maryland area. You will play a critical role in documenting and shaping our clients IT enterprise architecture ensuring alignment with the clients vision of driving interoperability across organizations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop an IT enterprise architecture that provides client stakeholders awareness of critical capabilities dependencies and mission critical impacts and risks. This includes developing the:
- Enterprise Architecture Baseline discover and capture the asis state of the clients IT enterprise as it exists across multiple organizations throughout the enterprise.
- Enterprise Architecture Future State work in alignment with the clients vision to capture the to be state of the clients IT enterprise.
- Enterprise Architecture Transition Plan create the guidance and architecture artifacts to incrementally transition the clients enterprise architecture from the asis state to the future state.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including content providers content consumers developers engineers and business analysts.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
- Requires B.S. degree in Systems Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or related field (M.S. preferred); and 8 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 10 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect Systems Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. UAF TOGAF Zachman DoDAF).
- Familiarity with Systems Modeling Language (SysML) or Unified Modeling Language (UML) and ModelBased Systems Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five or more years of experience working with or in the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Experience with ModelBased Systems Engineering tools (e.g. MagicDraw Rational Rhapsody Cameo Genesys etc..

Pay Range $104650.00 $189175.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
