What Youll Do:

• Provide Armed Security for clients ensuring a safe and secure environment.
• Monitor Security Systems conduct regular patrols and respond to incidents swiftly and professionally.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service representing ARDENT Protection with respect and care in every interaction.
• Uphold Industry Standards as part of our broader mission to transform the security industry through professionalism and integrity.

What Were Looking For:

• Current Armed Security License ( Security G license required)
• Previous Security Experience(3 year preferred)
• Strong de-escalation skills
• Excellent report writing
• Ability to conduct extensive foot patrols
• CCTV review proficiency

Required Skills:

1. Protection & Safety

• Maintain a constant state of alertness and ensure the protection of staff customers and store assets.

• Safeguard high-value merchandise during store operations openings closings and special events.

• Monitor for and deter theft vandalism and robbery attempts.

• Respond promptly to emergencies alarms and incidents in accordance with company protocols.

2. Access Control

• Manage entry and exit points for staff customers and deliveries.

• Verify authorization for all non-employee visitors including vendors and maintenance personnel.

• Escort employees or valuables during transfers to secure areas or transport vehicles.

3. Surveillance & Monitoring

• Observe store activity through direct patrols and CCTV systems.

• Identify and report suspicious behavior or potential security risks.

• Conduct periodic security sweeps of sales areas stockrooms and exterior surroundings.

4. Incident Response & Reporting

• Respond effectively to security incidents emergencies or disturbances while maintaining professionalism.

• Notify law enforcement when required and assist with incident investigations.

• Complete detailed and accurate incident reports immediately following any security-related event.

5. Customer & Staff Interaction

• Maintain a calm courteous and professional demeanor when engaging with customers and staff.

• Use de-escalation techniques to manage tense or disruptive situations.

• Represent both ARDENT and the client with professionalism and respect at all times.

6. Compliance & Standards

• Comply with all local state and federal firearm regulations.

• Follow company and client-specific security procedures and use-of-force policies.

• Participate in ongoing firearms qualification safety and professional development training.
