In order to support this plan we are recruiting a Technical Account Manager who will be main technical point of contact for aGlobal Organization with headquarters inMadrid Spain. He/She will support the sales growth and deal flow by securing the technical closing of complex video solutions while helping customer to homologate new Ateme solutions and functionalities.

You will take benefit from our comprehensive internal training and certification program to gain expertise on extremely diverse and challenging technologies.

    The Technical Account Manager is key to supportthe Ateme success story and ensurecustomer satisfaction. He/She will beresponsible for but not limited to the following activities:

    • Managing customer relationship and all stakeholders involved
    • Proactively identifying new opportunities to increase Ateme engagementwith the customer
    • Support to installation and validation of new solutions or newSW versions in homologation environment
    • Support to technology research activities
    • Maintain an uptodate Technical database on the customer account
    • Organize and lead weekly followup points with customer
    • Organize and lead workshops roadmap reviews and training according to customer needs
    • Link between customer and Ateme Level2 / R&D to analyze reported cases.
    • Dynamic participation in the customer engineeringteam attending customer offices periodically (minimum of 2 days per month)
    • Deployment support of new profiles and configurationsin homologation environment and production environment
    • Coordinates closely with sales and marketing to align solution design with customers business requirements
    • Creates and deliver presentations in a credible and compelling manner and position self as a trusted technical advisor
    • RFP management; performing PoC/ demo and writing Scope of Work for new solutions ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams

    Essential requirements:

    • Degree in computer Sciences Telecommunications Media Technologies or related technical fields
    • Minimum 5 years experience in video broadcast industry: DVB statmux systems IPTV and OTT technologies (HLS DASH)
    • At least 3 years experience in customer facing roles as presales post sales TAM or system engineer
    • Handson Experience with Linux and able to work with virtualization technologies and cloud orchestrations such as Docker and Kubernetes
    • Knowledge of IP Networking
    • Good communication skills good problemsolving skills
    • Able to work within a multicultural team
    • Spanish and English speaker
