Are you ready to make a real impact in digital marketing while growing your career EMJ is looking for a motivated and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team. If youre eager to contribute to exciting campaigns enhance your skills and work with a supportive team this role is for you!

What Youll Be Doing:
As a Digital Marketing Assistant your responsibilities will include:
- Market Research & Insights: Stay informed about industry trends competitor movements and audience needs sharing insights with the team.
- Campaign Delivery: Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital channels (including social media and email) to promote journal launches podcasts webinars and more.
- Performance Reporting: Assist in the monitoring of team KPIs and tracking campaign performance.
- Content Creation: Support with writing engaging copy for various digital channels and contribute to exciting content creation projects across our social media platforms.
- Podcast Support:Assist with guest bookings for the EMJ GOLD Podcast and conduct research for interviews.
- Coordination:Support the marketing team with daily tasks to maintain efficiency and ensure seamless of activities.
What Were Looking For:
We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented individual who has:
- A strong interest in digital marketing content creation and audience engagement.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A marketing degree or relevant coursework in digital marketing (desirable).
- A datadriven mindset with the ability to track and report on campaign performance.
- A positive cando attitude and a passion for learning and growing in marketing.
Key Information:
- Salary: 26000
- Reports to: Marketing Manager
- Hours: 8.30am 5pm MonFri (with flexibility to work up to 2 days from home after probation)
- Location: Our vibrant London/Moorgate office
