About the Role
A progressive Independent school in Harrow requires a skilled Mathematics Teacher starting ASAP for a temporary period. You will deliver engaging mathematics lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics Teacher lessons tailored to the curriculum.
- Prepare students for assessments and examinations.
- Develop students mathematical skills and problemsolving abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development of mathematics resources.
- Organise and potentially lead mathematicsrelated extracurricular activities.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Mathematics.
- Proven experience teaching mathematics at secondary level.
- Strong mathematical skills and knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
