We are expanding our American team and looking for a handson supervisor to help support and strengthen our new team in Thailand. In this role youll be an active part of the team sharing knowledge providing guidance and helping create a positive and efficient remote work environment. As the Customer Solutions Supervisor youll be at the heart of our U.S. Customer Solutions team in Bangkok Thailand balancing handson support with team engagement. This role is all about collaboration and guidance youll work alongside your colleagues while becoming the goto person for processes best practices and motivation.
Since we operate remotely your experience in working with and supporting a remote team will be key to keeping everyone connected and engaged.
This is a new role in Thailand but you wont be on your own while youll be working closely with our experienced U.S. team for full support training and resources youll also be part of a vibrant team on the ground in Thailand. We have a wonderful group of colleagues who meet regularly ensuring you always have a supportive network and never feel isolated.

Experience in customer service and a desire to contribute to a positive team culture.
Knowledge of real estate or digital photography is a bonus.
Ability to pass a background check.
Since we support the U.S. market our business hours are initially midnight to 9 AM Thai time TuesdaySaturday during U.S. wintertime. However this role will eventually shift to start later in the day to overlap with the leadership team in Thailand.
