Job Description

A very experienced Room Leader is being sought by our clients for their large and growing setting near Aylesbury the role comes with extra responsibility as Third In Charge of the setting working alongside the management team. Salary is up to 34k depending on experience and qualifications with great benefits including on site parking.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 3 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery

Have at least 2 years experience of leading and supporting teams

Ideally stepped up in a Third in Charge / Deputy Manager role

Can inspire energise and support others

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
