- Onboarding process:
- Manage the status of personal file & provide consultancy to employees.
- Cooperate with relevant parties in terms of data consolidation for payroll process.
- Document handling:
- Support on preparing Labour contract Appendix.
- Deliver documents to associate (Labour Contract Appendix COE SI Book with leaflet HI Card & maintain tracking status.
- File & efile personal documents.
- Support to issue/deliver employee card.
- Support to collect data for SHUI PVI bank account.
- System Administration task:
- Maintain confidential data in HR system with high accuracy.
- Export general reports as required.
- Support onsite service:
- Provide onsite consultancy to employees.
- Receive and proceed employees documents related to Tax.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications :
- 4th year Student
- Can work full week (Monday Friday)
- Can submit recommendation letter
- Hardworking
- Eager to learn HR CnB fuction
- Good at Excel; English
