Job Description
Become part of our team! Together we continue to expand our fully automated 300 mm semiconductor production in Dresden:
- As a MEMS process developer you are responsible for predevelopment of novel unit processes / process modules for highly innovative future sensors in 300 mm
- You play a central role in transfer adaption and development of new MEMS processes and equipment for our highly automated 300 mm line
- In cooperation with internal stakeholders research institutes for fundamental development and equipment vendors you pave the way to industrialization and highvolume production
- In addition you will carry out economic feasibility studies and cost comparisons of new processes technologies and systems under the framework of technical implementation capacities and future requirements
- Furthermore you plan and execute experiments autonomously coordinate the necessary analyses and evaluate the results in close cooperation with the team
Qualifications :
- Personality: Enthusiastic problemsolving assertive selfinitiated creative team player able to work under pressure
- Working Practice: Teamoriented systematic goaloriented decisive
- Experience and KnowHow: Several years of professional experience in the field or relevant PhD; Very good knowledge in sensor micromechanics and semiconductor technology; Knowledge of relevant analytical methods beneficial; Excellent understanding of physical principles and interrelationships
- Language: Very good knowledge of English German advantageous
- Education: Completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD) in engineering or natural sciences physics chemistry material sciences or comparable qualification
