STARS Supervisor Front of House Services York

We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced STARS Supervisor Front of House to join our STARS team. Working for one of our highprofile clients in York YO90 1WR.

STARS at Securitas provide a two roles in one service to our clients their staff visitors and customers.

We combine excellent customer service across a wide range of roles including Reception Services Front of House Concierge Facilities Office Management/Coordination Administration and much more with a discreet and vigilant security service.

• Shift Pattern Monday & Tuesday
• 06:00 18:00
• Pay Rate 13.65 per hour
• Weekly Hours 24 hrs per week

• Responsibilities:
• Supervising the Security Officer working alongside.
• Meet and greet all staff visitors and contractors in a professional and personable manner
• Deliver a consistently highend customer focussed experience
• Embody a highperformance approach and encourage colleagues to do the same
• Ensure the workplace (reception lobby office etc. is visually of a high standard
• Work closely with stakeholders & client contacts (Facilities Manager Office Manager etc. to ensure the office and/or front of house environment is a great place to visit and work
• Assist in emergency situations
• Provide timely and accurate information
• Respond appropriately to varying and fast changing priorities
• Build strong rapport with reoccurring customers (client staff visitors contractors etc.
• Represent Securitas and the client organisation in a manner that is inkeeping with the values brand identity and culture of both

Qualifications :

Essential criteria:

• Proven leadership experience
• Ability to drive and motivate a team
• Operational delivery experience
• Ability to build a sustainable team
• 5 year checkable history
• Exceptional Customer service skills
• Computer literate
• Experience in customer service/customer facing role
• Flexible professional attitude
• Reliable and customer focused with a commitment to exemplary service
• Adept at working under pressure
• Outstanding communication skills both written and oral
• Proactive discreet and motivated
• Extremely well presented
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Selfaware and motivated
• IT Literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages including outlook and office
• SIA Licensed (Desirable)
