We are seeking a Manager to Senior Manager Risk Regulatory & Compliance with experience as a bank examiner (e.g. FRB OCC FDIC). This specialist will work closely with our Sia colleagues and clients regulatory affairs compliance and risk and finance teams leading crossfunctional regulatory remediation initiatives develop solutions to optimize compliance and participate in business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Advisory & Compliance Strategy
- Provide expert guidance on U.S. financial regulations affecting banking capital markets asset management and fintech firms
- Assess and interpret emerging regulatory trends supervisory expectations and enforcement actions to develop compliance strategies
- Support clients in regulatory examinations audits and remediation efforts related to compliance deficiencies
- Develop regulatory frameworks compliance programs and internal policies to align with industry best practices
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and develop perspectives based on an evolving regulatory landscape
- Understand develop and maintain best practices for regulatory compliance
Risk & Compliance Management
- Conduct regulatory risk assessments gap analyses and compliance reviews
- Assist clients in implementing effective risk controls governance structures and reporting mechanisms
- Lead regulatory remediation initiatives working closely with compliance legal finance and risk management teams
- Support alignment with global regulatory expectations
- Identify and analyze program risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
Project & Client Management
- Collaborate with internal and client project team members and contribute to internal communications and readiness activity within the program team and with client groups
- Manage multiple consulting engagements ensuring ontime and highquality deliverables
- Provide status reporting of progress dependencies issues risks and overall program health to Senior Management
- Lead crossfunctional teams and collaborate with clients to drive project
- Support business development by contributing to proposals client presentations and thought leadership
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience at a U.S. regulatory agency (OCC Federal Reserve FDIC).
- Deep understanding of prudential regulations and related issues affecting financial services organizations in the US.
- Experience leading examinations monitoring of financial institutions evaluating the financial condition of banks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to convey complex regulatory concepts to senior executives.
- Project management skills with experience overseeing regulatory initiatives and coordinating crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
Preferred:
- Experience working as a bank examiner
- Experience with the development of key prudential regulations

Compensation for this role is between $160000 and $200000.
Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individuals skills experience qualifications and market location.
