About the opportunity
Hours: Monday Friday 8am 5pm
The Service Technician (ST) is our frontline technical support person. You will be responsible for initial triage for all client support requests. ST is a great starting point for those beginning their career in the IT industry as you will come across all kinds of technology in various configurations.
Clients can reach STs through various methods including email chat and phone. The ST role is responsible for monitoring and communicating with clients on all platforms through the ticketing system. The daily workload is determined by the support requests from our clients. Some requests can be resolved remotely and some will require you to go onsite and meet with the client directly.
Our ideal candidate has a passion for IT and has recently had some experience and education in Information Technology. Their personality is warm and friendly with a solutionsoriented mindset. They are great at communicating professionally with both clients and internal personnel.
