Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing scanning copying and placing meal orders.
- Field telephone calls and direct visitors appropriately.
- Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Utilize various software including word processing spreadsheets databases and presentation tools.
- Read analyze and proof documents emails and presentations for accuracy.
- Organize daily workloads by prioritizing tasks efficiently.
