Job Description
Waste Connections is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team. The ideal candidate will sit out of our Red Hook location 70 Hamilton Ave Brooklyn)
Pay for this role is $1921/ hr depending on experience.

Our priority is to make sure we hire professional customer service representatives that care about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community. As a customer service representative with us the minimum responsibilities are:
Answering customer calls and processing customer orders for new service discontinuance or changes inservice.
Accepting payments from customers researchingcustomer billing inquiries and updating customer account information.
Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determineservicerequirements resolve problems or complaints and seeks costeffective safe environmentally sound solutions toserviceissues.
What we would like from you:
2 years ofhigh volume Customer Serviceexperience
Experience with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
