About the Role:
MMT Recruitment is seeking a Physiotherapist to join a supportive and wellestablished organization providing comprehensive allied health services across Melbourne and regional Victoria. This role involves delivering evidencebased physiotherapy services to adults with disabilities within a human rightsfocused framework. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide highquality interventions through telehealth community visits and centerbased services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload providing physiotherapy interventions for adults with diverse needs
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists Speech Pathologists and Psychologists in delivering holistic care
- Develop individualized treatment plans and assistive technology recommendations
- Work across settings including home childcare school and community environments
- Participate in clinical supervision professional development and team projects
Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Full AHPRA Registration as a Physiotherapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients families and stakeholders
- Proficient in using assistive technology and a clientcentered approach
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in community or clinical settings
- Experience working with assistive technology and managing complex cases
