Job Title: HVAC Technician
Job Summary:
In a safe efficient and professional manner the HVAC Technician II will support the Facility Maintenance Manager in the preventative corrective and general maintenance of HVAC systems for the Client. Other duties include but not limited to daily assessments of systems maintain a clean working environment and other various duties as assigned by the Facility Maintenance Manager while adhering to all safety and health standards. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance of HVAC equipment production chillers and boilers controls located throughout buildings and kitchen refrigeration. Performing tests rounds and analysis of data to assure the proper functioning of equipment. Responsible for performing work according to manufacturing standards and following the change process of qualified core equipment and components.

Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and email and will possess the aptitude to be trained in computer applications.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs

Work Environment:
Work in an environment where the following safety equipment is needed; steel toe shoes hearing protection noise protection hardhat eye protection and hand protection. Abide by OSHA guidelines including lockout/tagout and HAZCOM guidelines and all other Viox/Customer driven safety initiatives.
Hours of work are solely defined and governed by business volume and contract schedules. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm in the face of the customer and subordinates.
