Assistant Spa Sales Manager performance will be based on the following metrics:
- Membership revenue growth key drivers are team membership sales and membership retention.
- Gift card revenue growth key drivers are team gift card sales and average gift card value.
- Service revenue growth key drivers are schedule capacity utilization and average ticket value.
- Relevant experience 23 years of sales and customer service excellence preferably in the salon/spa retail or hospitality industry.
- Flexible schedule this role requires you to work a variety of hours including some evenings and weekends.
- Effective leadership skills personal integrity and commitment teambuilding accountability for all coaching and mentoring listening and communication analytical thinking andinspiring.
