You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis role is responsible for the endtoend ownership and maintenance of all aspects of Cignas Performance for New Business Operations and its processes. Provides operational support to US Commercials U500 segment leadership team new business sales management client service in support of the Operation Analyst roles. The endtoend ownership will include process development and enhancements ensuring the quality and accuracy of metrics associated with new business . This individual will also be responsible for working closely with training and technical support so that analysts needs are being met to execute the In Good Order sold new business process. They will harness their expertise along with a strong business acumen to develop tools that help our business partners. This role will collaborate with all areas of the Sales Sales Operations and Sales Effectiveness to identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and ensure the successful implementation of new clients.
Qualifications:
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
