Job Description
Interim Healthcare ishiring Physical Therapists in Stockton Manteca Tracy area. Our growing locally owned Home Health Agency serves a large area. Wehave a couple of positions here for experienced Physical Therapist that will provide exceptional therapy to our patientsin their residence. Some of your job responsibilities are:
Performs an effective evaluation by accurately assessing ROM Strength Sensation and functional status including Gait.
Demonstrate knowledge of modalities utilize exercise programming
Keep up to date recordsincluding intial evaluations medication issues good patient relationship skills and working well with other team members
Ability to use good time management
Requirements:
Graduate from an approved Physical Therapy Program
CPR NPI number and Experience
