Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to work in home care fulltime 30 hours per weekin the Twin Cities Metro and surrounding areas. We are offering a 15k bonus for signing on with us!

This position and location is eligible for:
- Hourly base pay rate between $25.22and $33.32depending on years of experience
- Generous $15000 signing bonus

Requirements
Education: Graduate of an approved School of Therapy
Experience: Current license/registration in the State of Minnesota plus a minimum of 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy home careexperience is a plus!

- Demonstrates good documentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written skills

- Demonstrate knowledge of therapy payers
