Skills you will need:

  • 7 years of Construction/Restoration/Remodeling Experience

  • 3 years of people management experience (including performance review career growth and mentorship)

  • Capability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment

  • Previous project management experience mandatory

  • IICRC certification
