What you are empowered to accomplish:
Plummer is looking for an industry recognized leader to join and lead our Water Planning practice across the organization by serving as a thought leader managing branding and developing and winning strategic pursuits. The Practice Leader will also serve as a technical advisor on projects and will assure consistency and quality across the practice.

The Practice Leader will report to the Chief Technical Officer who will provide ongoing guidance and mentorship.
Our Ideal Teammate:
Our ideal teammate will have at least 12 years of experience in the A/E/C industry and expertise in water wastewater and reuse master planning water distribution system modeling collection system modeling water supply planning asset management and related water planning subject areas. We are seeking an accomplished communicator with time management skills and the ability to problem solve and build relationships with clients.
We require a bachelors degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related engineering discipline. A postgraduate degree is preferred. We also require a solid understanding of the engineering fundamentals of hydraulics planninglevel experience with water and wastewater treatment and conveyance systems and strong data analysis skills.
Salary Range:$149000 $195000
