Detalles del Puesto:

Ubicacin: Remoto (Debe residir en Indiana y poder recoger el equipo en el centro de Indianpolis).
Horario: Lunes a viernes turno diurno 8:00 AM 5:00 PM).

Resumen de Responsabilidades:

Como Representante de Servicio al Cliente Bilinge sers parte de un equipo dinmico brindando soporte a clientes en espaol e ingls a travs de llamadas telefnicas. Utilizando la base de conocimientos de Netfor ayudars a los clientes diagnosticando problemas proporcionando soluciones y asegurando una experiencia fluida.

Responsabilidades Clave:

Atender consultas de clientes en espaol e ingls sobre pedidos productos y servicios.
Procesar pedidos cambios y devoluciones siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.
Documentar con precisin las interacciones con los clientes y las soluciones en el software de tickets.
Brindar un servicio excepcional manejando consultas con profesionalismo sensibilidad y diplomacia.
Resolver problemas tcnicos siguiendo soluciones paso a paso de la base de conocimientos.
Lograr altos niveles de satisfaccin del cliente proporcionando un servicio de primera categora.

Lo Que Buscamos:

Fluidez en espaol e ingls (oral y escrito).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin y capacidad para explicar soluciones de manera clara.
Enfoque en el cliente con profesionalismo y paciencia.
Habilidad para seguir instrucciones de la base de conocimientos segn los requisitos del contrato.
Capacidad para realizar mltiples tareas (escribir mientras hablas).
Velocidad de escritura de 35 palabras por minuto.
Conocimientos en Microsoft Office (deseable).
Fiabilidad y motivacin personal para trabajar en equipo.

Requisitos Tcnicos (Trabajo Remoto):

Computadora de escritorio o porttil (MacOS tabletas Chromebooks y dispositivos Android NO son compatibles).
Sistema operativo Windows 10.
8GB de RAM o ms.
Procesador Intel i5 9500 / Ryzen 3 3100 o superior.
SSD de 256GB con al menos 100GB de espacio libre.

Compensacin y Beneficios:

Salario: $17$18 por hora (segn experiencia habilidades tcnicas y velocidad de escritura).
PTO: Hasta 76.96 horas/ao en el primer ao.

Job Details:

  • Location: Remote (Must live in Indiana and be able to pick up equipment in Downtown Indianapolis)
  • Schedule: MondayFriday Day Shift 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

Summary of Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative you will be part of a dynamic team providing inbound customer support in both Spanish and English via telephone. Using Netfors knowledge base you will assist customers by diagnosing issues providing solutions and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries in both Spanish and English regarding orders products and services.
  • Process customer orders changes and returns following established procedures.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in ticketing software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries professionally sensitively and diplomatically.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using stepbystep solutions outlined in knowledge base articles.
  • Strive for positive customer satisfaction survey results by delivering toptier service.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain solutions clearly.
  • Customerfocused attitude with professionalism and patience.
  • Ability to follow knowledge base instructions precisely per contract requirements.
  • Strong multitasking abilities (typing while talking).
  • Typing speed of 35 words per minute.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Reliable and selfmotivated team player.

Technical Requirements (WorkfromHome Setup):

  • Desktop or Laptop (MacOS tablets Chromebooks and Android devices are NOT compatible).
  • Windows 10 Operating System.
  • 8GB RAM or higher.
  • Intel i5 9500 / Ryzen 3 3100 processor or better.
  • 256GB SSD with at least 100GB free space.

Compensation & Benefits:

$17$18 per hour (based on experience technical skills and typing speed).
