Job Description
DeepSync is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Consultant to drive innovative datadriven solutions for our clients. In this role youll act as the technical product lead for one of our largest clients ensuring seamless integration and optimization of identity and audience solutions. Your expertise will shape our product roadmap while delivering real impact in AdTech and MarTech ecosystems.
Location
Hybrid A combined 3 days onsite either at our clients site in Bellevue or at Deep Syncs Kirkland office
RESPONSBILITIES
- Be the primary product contact for key enterprise clients leading productrelated discussions.
- Translate client needs into scalable product solutions partnering with commercial teams to ensure alignment with our roadmap.
- Own technical scoping defining requirements developing map workflows and developing identity and audience solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to refine identity graphs data linkages and interoperability with AdTech platforms.
- Lead data onboarding identity resolution and audience activation strategies for enterprisescale solutions.
- Advise on API integrations data workflows and best practices for utilizing identity data.
- Maintain structured documentation of client requirements Client SOPs or guides product decisions and integration workflows.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance resolving data discrepancies and integration issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have:
- 58 years in AdTech MarTech or datadriven product management/solutions consulting.
- Deep expertise in identity graphs deterministic/probabilistic matching and data linking methodologies.
- Experience working with largescale consumer data sets and cloudbased identity resolution technologies.
- Strong technical knowledge of APIs data models and system architectures.
- Proven ability to lead clientfacing technical discussions and drive business impact.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to assess tradeoffs and develop scalable solutions.
- Experience collaborating with commercial engineering and data science teams.
- Exceptional communication skillsable to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Consulting experience (Strategy or GSI consulting preferred)
- Certified Scrum Master
- Certified Product Owner
- SaaS and AI product experience
- Previous experience supporting key data Partners and/or Clients with data privacy identity management and omnichannel user experience personalisation
