We are seeking a talented individual to join our Power & Renewable Energy team at Marsh. This role will be based in Stockholm Sweden. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days per week in the office.
As an AssociateClient Executive at Marsh you will play an important role in managing and developing relationships with our Power & Renewable Energy clients and Marshs global network. This role sits within the wider Nordics Power & Renewable Energy Team.
You will be responsible for analysing and understanding customer needs providing strategic advice and ensuring the delivery of highquality services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fastpaced environment and contribute to the growth of our ever expanding power & renewable energy portfolio of clients.

We will rely on you to:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their unique needs and goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customized risk management solutions.
Provide strategic advice and insights to clients on insurance and risk management best practices.
Monitor and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for customer growth and customer retention.
Prepare and present proposals reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policy.
Act as a trusted advisor handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
What you need to have:
At least 13 years of experience in insurance or the power& renewable energy sector
Excellent communication and collaboration skills the ability to create good relationships with customers colleagues and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Fluency in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
What makes you stand out:
Bachelors degree in business administration finance insurance or a related field.
Good understanding of insurance products and risk management strategies.
