Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Acoustical Ceiling Tile Project Manager to oversee and manage our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acoustical ceiling tile systems excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead a team effectively. This role requires a detailoriented professional who can ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and oversee all aspects of acoustical ceiling tile projects ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with clients architects and subcontractors to define project scope schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate project resources and manage workforce effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress resolve issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project costs prepare estimates and manage change orders as necessary.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
- Mentor and train junior staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in acoustical ceiling tile or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of acoustical ceiling tile systems installation procedures and construction standards.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
