Job Description
A rapidly growing boutique law firm in Palos Verdes is looking for a fulltime Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate will be working inoffice supporting a very experienced group of attorneys. The ideal candidate will join in providing clients with the highest caliber of legal representation available. This firm focuses on business employment and real estate litigation. The firms frequent successes have given them a stellar reputation amongst colleagues and clients.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of litigation experience
- MUSThave experience in preparing formatting and serving pleadings motions notices discovery and filing documents in California state court.
- Experience with scheduling hearings depositions and proceedings
- Manage a firm calendar
- High Proficiency in Word and Outlook.
