Job Description
Position: Program Director Internal Medicine Residency Program
Location: Tallahassee FL
Job Type: Fulltime
Seeking an experienced and boardcertified Program Director to leadInternal Medicine Residency Program. The ideal candidate should have prioracademic leadership experience a strong background in teaching andadministration and a commitment to scholarly activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the residency program with a focus on both administrative and teaching roles.
- Oversee resident education and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
- Foster a collaborative learning environment and engage in scholarly research and publications.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
- Recent experience as an Associate Program Director or Program Director in an ACGMEaccredited residency program.
- At least three years of academic medicine experience with a focus on teaching and administration.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
