Oversee and coordinate all aspects of patient care during the hospice benefit period
Provide leadership supervision and clinical guidance to your team
Ensure compliance with corporate standards and deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Foster a culture of compassion engagement and professional growth
RN License (Current State License Required)
5 Years of Experience as a Registered Nurse in Home Health or Hospice (Leadership experience preferred)
Associate or Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
Reliable Transportation Drivers License & Insurance
Ability to Travel 10
Reports to: Regional Branch Director
