Job Description
Summary: Abbeville Fiber is seeking Machine Operators for the sawmill and planer. This is a fulltime position offering competitive pay and a full benefits package. This is a night shift position 5:30 PM 5:00 AM.
Essential Duties:
- Load and unload products and materials
- Monitor machines to ensure the continued movement of lumber and materials through the plant
- Operate equipment that feeds lumber and materials through the sawmill
- Perform cleanup duties daily around machines
- Other duties as assigned
