Job Description
Drive our Trucks and Be Home EVERY Night! We are seekingCDL TruckDriversto join our Fondomonte Team in Blythe CA. We have a vertically integrated farming operation that includes growing harvesting and exporting of forage products.
Our drivers play an important role at Fondomonte and contribute to and maintain the stability of our operations. You are a truck driver and want to get your CDL we will pay you while training to earn your CDL!

Responsibilities
- Transport products and containers incompany vehicle to intended destinations
- Communicate with dispatch as needed
- Assist in or supervise the safe loading onto trucks of the cargo to be transported.
- Ensure contents are properly secured in truck to prevent damage/injury
- Records all pertinent delivery information as needed for accurate tracking
- Inspect trucks and record mechanical issues
- Comply with federal regulations and any state regulations.
Qualifications
- Commercial Drivers License(Preferred)
- 23 years of prior driving experience(Preferred)
- Previous experience working in a farming environment(Preferred)
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Strong organizational skills as they relate to workload time management and setting priorities
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team with minimum supervision
Qualified applicants We will pay for your licensing fees and pay you to train for your CDL!
Pay range is $22.5523.22/HR
- 12 years of prior driving experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Valid drivers license and a clean abstract required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and eager to improve
- Strong organizational skills as they relate to workload time management and setting priorities
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
