Job Description

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Technical Consultant Lead to work on our Consulting Services Team supporting and implementing Alnafithas Cloud and infrastructure Solutions.
Were a team of technology driven individuals with a curiosity for how things work and a passion for designing and building reliable scalable and efficient implementations. This position will require high cooperation with other teams from project management sales and business development. Were always striving to learn more expand our skills and grow our teammates.
Primary Focused Domain(s): IaaS PaaS and Infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Lead Consulting Engagements: Oversee the planning and delivery of consulting projects related to Infra and cloud solutions (Active Directory Domain services) and Cloud technologies (AZURE OCI and AWS Services IAAS PAAS).
- Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement comprehensive Microsoft solutions to enhance collaboration productivity and security for clients.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements provide expert advice and develop customized technology solutions.
- Security Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments and provide recommendations to improve clients posture.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery of consulting engagements.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship toSenior and junior team members fostering a collaborative and highperforming team environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologiesand or other technology to the sameindustry trends to provide cuttingedge solutions and maintain competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring client satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to clients and internal teams on Microsoft technologies and security best practices.

Certification Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Must)
- Azure Security Engineer Associate
- Azure Network Engineer Associate
- Azure Stack Hub Operator Associate
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in the following technology: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical consulting with a focus on Infra and Cloud Microsoft Technologies.
- ExperienceIndepth knowledge of Active Directory SQL Azure network Azure Storage Azure Backup and other related technologies.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects including planning and delivery within scope time and budget constraints.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior consultants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Experience with migration of Exchange customers to Office 365 and end to end support and troubleshooting experience of Exchange Online and Office 365 Hybrid solutions.
